Fox & Mandal advised Tenty Ltd as sole legal counsel in connection with the Company’s proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) and listing of its equity shares on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE).
The Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) for the proposed IPO has been filed. Gretex Corporate Services Ltd is underwriting the offering. Tenty Ltd’s subsidiary, Polar Elektric, manufactures Polar fans.
Fox & Mandal advised the Company on legal due diligence and drafting of the Offer Document in connection with the proposed IPO.
