Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised ACME Cleantech Solutions Private Limited and its group entities on Brookfield’s strategic investment of up to USD 600 million in ACME’s green molecules platform. CAM advised on the cross-border investment framework, financing arrangements, security package, corporate restructuring and regulatory aspects. The investment is intended to support the development and construction of ACME’s pipeline of green molecule projects across India and the Middle East, underpinning the next phase of growth of its energy transition business.
