CAM advises Cyient

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised Cyient Limited, a global lifecycle engineering services company headquartered in Hyderabad, India, on its acquisition of Tao Digital Solutions Inc., an AI-native data and product engineering solutions company, for a consideration of approximately USD 218 million.

CAM acted as lead global counsel, coordinating legal workstreams across six jurisdictions and advising on transaction structuring, legal due diligence, CCI approval and definitive documentation.

The transaction results in a 100% acquisition of TAO Digital Solutions Inc., an US company which specializes in AI, data and cloud technologies, delivering solutions across a range of industry verticals.
