Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited on its recently announced buyback of its fully paid-up equity shares in cash from the open market through stock exchange route, for an aggregate amount of INR 900,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Nine Hundred Crores).
