Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas represented Manipal Health Enterprises Limited on its proposed acquisition of Kinder Women’s Hospital in Whitefield from Kindorama Healthcare Private Limited, on a slump sale basis, for approximately INR 130,00,00,000. The business transfer agreement was signed on August 17, 2026; and closing of the sale is subject to completion of the conditions set out under the business transfer agreement.
