Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as the lenders’ legal counsel in relation to lease rental discounting facility of up to INR 300 Crore extended by Indian Bank to Ambale Industrial and Logistics Parks Private Limited, a Welspun group entity, for the purpose of repayment of a construction finance loan availed for the construction and development of the phase I of a logistics warehouse located in Farrukhnagar, Gurugram.
