Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised the Placement Agents, ICICI Securities and IIFL Capital Services Limited, on Qualified Institutional Placement of ACME Solar Holdings Limited aggregating to approximately Rs. 2,800.00 crore. The QIP opened on June 1, 2026, and closed on June 4, 2026.
ACME Solar Holdings Limited is a renewable energy company in India with a portfolio of solar, wind, battery energy storage system, hybrid and firm and dispatchable renewable energy projects. It is one of the largest renewable energy independent power producers in India and among the top 10 renewable energy players in India in terms of total capacity (including operational and under construction capacity) as of March 31, 2026.
