Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised JSW Energy Limited (the “Seller”) with respect to the sale of equity shares of JSW Steel Limited (the “Company”) by the Seller undertaken on the floor of the NSE and BSE. The Seller has sold 25,000,000 equity shares of the Company (approx. 1.02% of the equity share capital of the Company) by way of share sales on the screen-based trading of NSE and BSE on May 18, 2026, for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 31,500 million (approx.).
