Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised Elevation Capital V Limited and its affiliates (collectively, the “Sellers”) with respect to the sale of equity shares of One97 Communications Limited (the “Sale”). The Sale was undertaken by the Sellers on the screen-based trading platform of the NSE and BSE on May 22, 2026, for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 9,636.00 million (approx.).
