Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) acted as Indian legal counsel to the Lead Managers for the initial public offering of the units of Bagmane Prime Office REIT (“Bagmane REIT”) consisting of a fresh issue of units aggregating to INR 23,900 million and an offer for sale by the selling unitholder (BREP Asia III India Holding Co VIII Pte. Ltd.) aggregating to INR 10,150 million.
