Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) acted as legal counsel to Jana Holdings Limited in connection with the sale of 5,160,903 (Fifty-One Lakh Sixty Thousand Nine Hundred Three) equity shares of the Jana Small Finance Bank Limited to TVS Motor Company Limited. Jana Holdings Limited agreed to sell approximately 4.9% (four point nine percent) of the total paid-up equity share capital of Jana Small Finance Bank to TVS Motor Company Limited. The aggregate consideration for the stake sale is INR 193,31,19,436.71 (Rupees One Hundred Ninety-Three Crore Thirty-One Lakh Nineteen Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Six Rupees and Seventy-One Paise).
The transaction was led by Aditya Prasad, Partner; with support from Kritika Dobhal, and Nisha Nahata, Senior Associates; and Ayush Katyayana, Associate.
