Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised L&T Reality Properties Limited in respect of 100% acquisition of International Green Scapes Limited (“Company”), for an aggregate consideration of INR 1,123 crores.
The Company holds land admeasuring 19.974 acres in Sector 81 and Sector 86, Gurugram (“Project Land”), and is involved in the business of construction, development, ownership and maintenance of residential projects on the Project Land, held under three licenses issued by the Department of Town and Country Planning, Haryana, for residential development.
