Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) acted as the legal counsel for Temasek in its Pre-IPO investment of approximately INR 482 Crores in Milky Mist Dairy Food Limited (“Company”), comprising of a primary infusion and a secondary acquisition of securities from the promoters of the Company to acquire a minority stake in the Company. The Company is one of India’s leading dairy brand specializing in premium value-added dairy products.
