On 11 May 2026, the Supreme Court of India circulated a notification announcing the launch of ‘Su-Sahayak’, an interactive chatbot integrated into its website, to assist visitors in swiftly and conveniently accessing essential e-services, including case status, cause lists, orders, and judgments through prompt based guidance.
Key Features of the ‘Su-Sahayak’ Chatbot:

Su–Sahayak is accessible directly from the Supreme Court’s website through a rotating icon
positioned at the bottom-right of the screen, expanding into a chat interface on click. -
Developed in collaboration with National Informatics Centre (NIC), this chatbot assists to access to real-time case status using multiple search inputs such as diary number, case number, party name, CNR number, or details of matters from High Courts and District Courts.

It facilitates quick retrieval of cause lists through search parameters including AOR code, diary number, party name, or case number.

The chatbot provides guided access to daily orders and final judgments, along with downloadable links for reference.

It offers step-by-step assistance for availing Supreme Court e-services, including online appearance, RTI applications, requests for certified copies, and other digital court facilities.

Designed as an interactive, chat-based, and prompt-driven interface, it simplifies navigation and reduces procedural complexity for users.

The chatbot also addresses frequently asked questions relating to court procedures, court fees, the official calendar, guidelines for Advocates-on-Record (AORs), and virtual or hybrid hearings.
