Mumbai | May 5, 2026: Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) acted as legal counsel to Mirae (Mirae Asset Venture Investments) in relation to its participation in the Series D funding round of Snabbit (Maestroedge Solutions Private Limited).
The transaction involved Mirae’s subscription to securities as part of a broader Series D round, which saw participation from multiple global and domestic investors. The total round size was approximately USD 56 million (INR 5,200 million).
SAM advised Mirae on all aspects of the transaction, including reviewing and advising on the transaction structure, conducting due diligence, and drafting, reviewing and negotiating the transaction documents, including the share subscription agreement and shareholders’ agreement. The Firm also advised on conditions precedent and closing mechanics.
