May 1, 2026, Mumbai: Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as lenders’ legal counsel in relation to the financial assistance availed by ABC CT RE Park (01) Private Limited (an Evren Energy group entity) for the development, generation and maintenance of India’s one of the largest fully integrated firm and dispatchable renewable energy projects, with an installed capacity of approximately 1 GW in the states of Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh. The project integrates wind and solar generation with a battery energy storage system (BESS) to enable reliable, on-demand supply of renewable power. The transaction was led by Subhojit Sadhu, Partner (Finance & Infrastructure) Director (CAM – Middle East); and Shehryar Khanum, Consultant; with support from Kavya Mathur, Senior Associate; and Kriti Chaturvedi, Associate.
