JSA advised ICICI Securities Limited, Nuvama Wealth Management Limited and SBI Capital Markets Limited in relation to the initial public offering of equity shares of Suraksha Diagnostic Limited aggregating to ₹8,462.49 million (“IPO”), comprising of an offer for sale by OrbiMed Asia II Mauritius Limited, Dr. Somnath Chatterjee, Ritu Mittal, Satish Kumar Verma, Munna Lal Kejriwal and Santosh Kumar Kejriwal.
Suraksha Diagnostic Limited offers one-stop integrated solutions for pathology and radiology testing and medical consultation services through their operational network consisting of a central reference laboratory, satellite laboratories, diagnostic centres, and sample collection centres.
