ABOUT DEPARTMENT OF LAW, MM(DU), MULLANA
The Department of Law established in 2008 with the approval of the Bar Council of India (BCI) is currently engaged in quality teaching of B.A.LL.B. /B.B.A.LL.B. (H) /B.COM. LL.B. (H) five yrs. integrated courses, LL.M. (One Year), and Ph.D. through adequately qualified and dedicated faculty. The Department focuses on mentoring the students in their journey towards success by sharpening their minds, widening their horizons of knowledge, and understanding and developing in them a sense of commitment as well as responsibility.
ABOUT THE COMPETITION
We are writing this message with profound pleasure, to apprise you that after much deliberation, the Student Moot Court Society, Department of Law, Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be University), Mullana-Ambala is all set to organize its flagship event, 7TH MM National Moot Court Competition, 2024 in physical mode from 25TH to 27TH March 2024 on the theme – “Criminal Law”.
We are looking forward to enthusiastic and wholehearted participation from your Institution and cordially invite the law students of three three-year course and five-year integrated course to participate in the competition. Please find attached all the details of the competition.
