The Supreme Court Collegium comprising of Dr Justice DY Chandrachud, the Chief Justice of India, Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Justice BR Gavai, Justice Surya Kant and Justice Aniruddha Bose on 13-03-2024 recommended the transfer of 2 Delhi High Court Judges namely Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva and Justice V. Kameshwar Rao in the interest of better administration justice.
