About the Moot
We’re happy to announce that the 6th TNNLU-CCI National Moot Court Competition, 2024 is happening from March 22nd to 24th, 2024. This event is hosted by Tamil Nadu National Law University (TNNLU), located in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, in collaboration with the Competition Commission of India (CCI).
TNNLU and CCI have collaborated for the 6th edition of this moot court competition, providing a platform for law students to engage in competition law, enhancing their advocacy skills and tackling a courtroom. It’s a great opportunity for participants to learn, receive feedback from judges, and network with peers and professionals.
We invite law schools and students nationwide to join us for this educational and competitive event.
Eligibility
Law students duly enrolled in the 3-year LL.B. courses or 5-year integrated LL.B. courses undergraduate programmes may apply to participate in the Competition. One only team per Institution/University can participate in the Competition.
Team Composition
3 Members (2 Speakers and 1 Researcher) (or) 2 Members (2 Speakers)
Registration Procedure
Provisional Registration will be open on January 22, 2024 along with the release of the Moot Problem and Moot Rules. The provisional registration closes on February 18, 2024.
In this edition of the competition, the registration will be restricted to only 24 Teams of which 8 teams will qualify for the Advanced round. All the Teams desirous of participating in the Competition should provisionally register themselves by sending an email to nmcc@tnnlu.ac.in through the Moot Court Committee of their Institution/College/University or the Faculty Coordinator of the Moot Court Committee.
Final registration formalities should be completed by the Team only after receiving an affirmative reply from the OC to the provisional registration email.

Submission of Memorials (Soft Copy): 11:59 PM (IST), March 9, 2024
