NALSAR - IAMC ADR Journal

On 4 February 2024, the inaugural issue of the NALSAR-IAMC ADR Journal 2024 was released. The Journal was unveiled by esteemed dignitaries including, Hon’ble Justice P. Sam Koshy (Judge, Telangana High Court), Mr. Tariq Khan (Registrar, IAMC), and Prof. Sri Krishna Deva Rao (Vice-Chancellor, NALSAR), among others.

The event was graced by various luminaries including Mr. Vikram Pooserla, Senior Advocate, High Court of Telangana, Ms. Ekta Bahl, Partner, Samvad Partners, Prof. Anirban Chakraborty, IIULER, Goa and Ms. Chirta Narayan, Lawyer & Mediator. The Editorial Board of the Journal was also present during the unveiling of the inaugural issue, including Mr. Piyush Raj (Managing Editor), Ms. Deeksha Pokhriyal and Mr. Sahil Aggarwal (Editors), Ms. Tanvi Chabra, Ms. Nishika Kapoor, Ms. Mahika Roy, Mr. Shikhar Chauhan and Mr. Mayank Kumar (Associate Editors), Ms. Ananya Popli and Mr. Masad Khan (Assistant Editors), and Mr. Navneeth D Menon (Technical Editor).

On the occasion, Mr. Piyush Raj (Managing Editor) addressed the gathering and appreciated the contributions and efforts of the authors, the Advisory Board, the Peer Review Board, and the Editorial Board of the Journal. He highlighted that the launch of the Journal is the culmination of a yearlong effort manifesting the continuous partnership between the NALSAR University of Law and the IAMC, Hyderabad.

Prof. Sri Krishna Deva Rao (VC, NALSAR) also emphasised that the Journal is the fruitification of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the NALSAR and the IAMC. It signifies the commencement of an endeavour into academic excellence and innovative thoughts in the field of dispute resolution. He expressed hope that the content and insights shared in the Journal will resonate with the academic community, and provide a platform for meaningful discourse and collaboration in the ADR mechanism.
