Khaitan & Co advised Bandhan Bank Limited (“Lender”) on the grant of a term loan facility of upto INR 350 crore (“Facility”) to JSW Steel Coated Products Limited (“Borrower”). The Facility is to be utilized by the Borrower for its general business purposes, working capital and/or net working capital requirements and is secured by a charge over certain immovable and moveable fixed assets of the Borrower situated at Vasind Works, Maharashtra.
The core team consisted of Manisha Shroff (Partner), Arijit Sarkar (Principal Associate), Akhil Tiwari (Senior Associate), Aparna Arya (Associate) and Chhavishree Somani (Associate).
