Khaitan & Co advised Beams Fintech Fund, in relation to their investment in Insurance Dekho as a part of its Series B fundraise. TVS Shriram Growth Fund 3, MUFG Bank Ltd, Goldman Sachs., Avataar Venture Partners II and C. Development also participated in the Series B fundraise.
The core team consisted of Kartikeya Prakash (Partner), Mihir Roy (Principal Associate), Sivananda Pingali (Senior Associate), Srishti Mukherjee (Senior Associate) and Sanket Pargaien (Associate) with assistance from Avin Jain (Principal Associate), and Harshita Mishra (Associate).
