Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. successfully represented Centella Mauritius Holdings Limited (an affiliate of TPG Inc.) before the Competition Commission of India (CCI) in relation to its acquisition of certain shareholding in Quality Care India Limited (QCIL).
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. also advised TPG on its sale of certain shareholding in QCIL to Blackstone Inc.
Both transactions have been unconditionally approved by the CCI on 20 September 2023.
