Khaitan & Co advised Sage Software, Inc. in relation to 100% acquisition of Corecon Technologies, Inc. is a leading software developer for the construction industry and its Indian subsidiary, Corecon Technologies India Private Limited, by Sage Software, Inc. and its affiliates.
