E-Con Systems India Private Limited | Sale of stake
Khaitan & Co advised and assisted E-Con Systems India Private Limited and its promoters in relation to an investment by GR 2022 Holdings Inc by way of primary issuance of securities and secondary stake sale for a total consideration of approx. USD 13 million. We acted as the transaction counsel and assisted and advised the Client on (i) structuring of the transaction, (ii) conducting vendor due diligence on the Client and (iii) drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalising the transaction documents.
