SC Collegium recommends appointment of 4 Advocates, 2 Judicial Officers as Judges for High Courts of Telangana and Himachal Pradesh

The Supreme Court Collegium comprising of Chief Justice of India Dr. D.Y. Chandrachud, Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Justice Sanjiv Khanna passed a Resolution on 12-07-2023 whereby which they recommended names of advocates and judicial officers who were deemed fit to be elevated as Judges for the High Courts of Telangana and Himachal Pradesh.

The recommended names are as follows-

Point to be Noted- Out of the 6 names recommended, only 1 woman has been recommended for elevation- Sujana Kalasikam, Judicial Officer.
