Rashtriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat announced its flagship edition of the RRU National Moot Court Competition 2023, being organized by its School of National Security and Law (SNSL), RRU.
About the University:
Rashtriya Raksha University, is an Institution of National Importance, a pioneering National Security and Police University, under the aegis of Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. The University aims to become an academic-research-training ecosystem for national security and police. It adopts a two-tier approach, at the national and international levels, in its education, research and training and contributes to the vision of India of peace, prosperity and a stable world in alliance with grand strategic cooperation between like-minded nations.
About the School of National Security and Law (SNSL):
The School of National Security and Law, aims to establish itself as a premier legal institution in the domain of Criminal and Security Laws advancing and promoting the cause of multi-dimensional national security. The school endeavours to impart quality education leading to produce enriched and qualified legal professionals equipped with knowledge, experience and value system who shall endorse the principles of natural justice and the values of our constitution. The vision is to work towards women empowerment, weaker sections and minorities by endowing them to tackle challenges of crime, justice and public security in contemporary society.
Theme of the Competition: Economic and Financial Security of India
An unexplored and critical aspect of India’s national security, the competition shall be a platform to ponder and liaise on the crucial issues of money laundering, cyber terrorism, and financial frauds.
Registration Fee: Rs. 6000/-
Prize Money: (Worth Rs. 1.25 lakhs of prizes!)
