A *Judgment* is the most significant document for the parties, the Advocates, the legal fraternity, and ultimately the citizens of the Country. The art of Judgment Writing is a precious and invaluable skill to learn for any student of law.
Hence with the objective of providing all the enthusiastic learners with an opportunity to analyse problems from the perspective of a Judge, apply the law and render a suitable outcomes, Lucknow University Moot Court Association is organising 1ST NATIONAL ONLINE JUDGMENT WRITING COMPETITION, 2022 on the name of DR. SHANKAR DAYAL SHARMA who was the former President of India.
The motto of the Judgment Writing Competition is to capture the art of decision-making in fledgling Law students and Masters striving to join reputable judicial services, as well as to reveal the dynamic position of Judges in society.
Important Dates:
Last date of registration – 21st September , 2022
Last date of submission – 8th October , 2022
Declaration of result – 13th October, 2022.
Registration Fee
Rs. 600/- for single author and Rs. 650/- for co authorship.
