Certain provisions of National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development Act, 2021 comes into from Nov 30, 2021

The Ministry of Finance has notified November 30, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of section 15 and 24 of National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development Act, 2021 shall come into force. The sub-sections (1), (2), (4) and (5) of section 15 shall come into force from November 30, 2021.
