The Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC) has exempted the custom duty leviable on import of Crude Palm oil, Crude Soya bean Oil, whether or not degummed, Crude Sunflower seed oil under the said First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 vide notification dated October 13, 2021.
This notification shall come into effect on the October 14, 2021, and will remain in force till March 31, 2022.
