The Government of Himachal Pradesh has notified the Himachal Pradesh Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2021 on 15.06.2021. The Himachal Pradesh Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2021 amends the Himachal Pradesh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1999 in the following manner:
After rule 168 the following rule shall be inserted, namely:-
“169. Use of flag- No motor vehicle other than the vehicle used by dignitaries or officers authorized by the Central Government or Government of Himachal Pradesh to use distinctive flags, shall display such flags or flag rods.”.
