Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA Team – Ms. Anushka Praveen, Ms. Lisa Sankrit, and Ms. Minakshi Singh, Second Year students participated in and adjudged as ‘Winners’ of the 3rd National Moot Competition, 2021 (Lex Communique – National Law Fest) organised by Thakur Ramnarayan College of Law, Mumbai on March 12-14, 2021.
Team SLS-NOIDA has been awarded with a cash prize of INR 10,000, along with a certificate of merit and a trophy. 28 teams across the country participated in the competition from various law universities.
The moot problem was based on Sections 300, 304, 120-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and also dealt with the aspect of honour killings prevalent in the country.
