ABOUT THE ORGANISATION:
JuristoPedia is a diverse venture is taken up by like-minded individuals, aiming to deliver knowledge on various contemporary issues along with some basic insight in law which is quite crucial in days to come. After diagnosing the need for virtual education through well-researched blogs and articles, we have worked towards establishing a platform that will serve students and professionals in various ways some of which we have started to achieve.
The foundation is to generate awareness and deliver to those who are already aware and are hungry for knowledge, legal aptitude through various landmark case briefs and much more just by one. Not just for common people but we also aim to make substantial changes in the way people, law scholars, interns, and legal professionals have worked in a framework. By getting associated with us students gain holistic skills in the parlance of legal profession, be it debates, or research and academics we deliver grooming in all aspects of the academic life.
Juristopedia with the thought that “Teaching is not the source of learning instead it comes from within the learner. As buddha said, learning is to know one’s self and surroundings.” Organised its 1st National Online Quiz Competition on Constitutional law and Current Affairs on July 1,2020. There was huge participation and support from students of various Universities making it a successful event and bestowing us with the confidence to organize more full of learning and experience gaining events that not only add to the Achievements but also a skill honing opportunity.

ABOUT THE EVENT:
It gives us immense pleasure to announce our MEGA EVENT from August 15-20, 2020. The commencement of the event will be on the day of National importance that holds a Patriotic feeling in our hearts and mind. The event will consist of various competitions and events.
It will be a great opportunity in the time of these crises for legal scholars to gain knowledge and sharpen their skills. There have been three events lined up for that are:
- 1st National Virtual Parliamentary Debate Competition (Asian)
- Series of Sessions
- Pictorial Quiz
All the three events are organized as an opportunity for the students to have the experience and to work on their skills for having an edge over others in such tough times.
1st National Virtual Parliamentary Debate Competition – 2020
Parliamentary debate offers students a unique opportunity to master a broad range of valuable skills – critical thinking, persuasive public speaking & knowledge of world affairs – that will help them succeed in the classroom & in the “real world” of business, government and community. Debate is a formal contest of skill in reasoned argument, with two teams taking opposite sides of a specified question. The debate competition aims to provide the students with an opportunity to come forward and experience the art of debating and take away experience, expertise, and excellence. It strives to provide a safe platform for students to grow and experiment with their communication skills and critical thinking. We hope that through this platform, students get another activity to exercise their brains and maintain the spirit of education despite being locked inside their homes.
Registration fees – ?600 per team (team should consist of 3 members)

SERIES OF SESSIONS
Event 2 of this MEGA EVENT is the Series of Sessions that will be consisting of Three Sessions by Luminaries of Law Field. These sessions will be more interactive and full of knowledge instead of a one way speaking and listening to virtual sessions. We will try to ensure that these sessions become as interactive as possible and enlighten the participants with the legal knowledge that Speakers have to pass on to the participants of the sessions. Such sessions are organized so that in these tough times, where the world is facing the Crisis and is trying to overcome, students should not feel as if they are lacking the opportunities or are lagging behind. Thus, these opportunities are to keep the students aware about current scenarios and to impart knowledge by such dignitaries of our field so it can be a great learning experience for all.

PICTORIAL QUIZ
Juristopedia has come forward with a different form of quiz, Pictorial Quiz (Guess the Picture) which is one of a kind. The quiz shall be entirely based on the questions comprising pictures related to the law field and current affairs. You will have to identify the picture and guess the correct answer out of the given four options. The picture asked will also have some hints to help you in its identification. Why to go think Quiz as boring and serious when it can be fun and full of knowledge. What can be a more fun way to learn and expand the horizons of your legal knowledge, especially when it is in such a fun and different form and one can also earn rewards and e-certificate for all the participants. This surely brings the zeal and excitement for participating in an event, so what to wait for fill the required details and get yourself registered.
