ABOUT AMITY LAW SCHOOL, NOIDA

Amity University, Uttar Pradesh a world-class bona fide University established by a State Act, recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with “A+” Grade, as a leading institution engaged in imparting higher education in various fields.

Amongst the diverse areas in which the University imparts education, law has emerged as a discipline par excellence. Rigorously engaged in propagating legal education is Amity Law School, Noida is an institution established by an educational society RBEF (Ritnand Balved Education Foundation) with the object of providing high quality education in the legal domain. Teaching at Amity Law School started with effect from 3rd November 2004.

Amity Law School is situated at Sector 125, Noida, (Uttar Pradesh) a city 10 miles from the capital city of India, Delhi and is an institution that is devoted to prepare a generation of law professionals capable of facing future demands.

TRAINING PROGRAMME CUM NATIONAL SEMINAR

This event aims to bring together researchers, professionals, activists and students to discuss the modern concepts of Human Rights and Gender Justice, expanding scope & violation of such rights and mechanisms to the restoration of Human Rights and Gender Justice in India. Thus, this event would be centered around the various themes but this session will more focused on particular sub-themes only.

AIM AND OBJECTIVES

The Training Programme Cum National Seminar aims to bring together academicians, research scholars, practitioners, students and other groups whose interests are in the issues of women’s rights to share their works and experiences. In addition, the seminar is also intended to strengthen networking and collaboration among participants. It also provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners, and educators to discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns, as well as practical challenges, encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Human Rights of Women.

AUTHORS GUIDELINES

  • Word Limit for the Abstract: 250-300 words
  • Word Limit of the complete paper : 2500 words – 5000 words (exclusive of footnotes)
  • It must be typed using MS Word in Times New Roman Font Size 12 on A4 size paper with a margin of 1” on all sides and 1.5 line spacing
  • The paper should not have been previously presented or published
  • Authors must refer to the Blue Book citation mode 19th edition
  • The title of the manuscript should be clear and precise
  • Kindly mention the title of the abstract along with details of co-author (if any), which should not be more than two

  • Participants will be provided with Seminar Kits, Networking Tea & Lunch during the Training Programme Cum National Seminar

MODE OF PAYMENT
