BVDU appoints new Dean for Faculty of Law

Around four months after the demise of its former Dean Prof. Dr. Mukund Sarda, Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) appointed Dr. Ujjwala Bendale as Dean, Faculty of Law. Dr Bendale has been working in BVP’s New Law College since 2001 as a faculty and Senior Coordinator. She holds expertise in various areas of the law and her primary area of research is Property Law. The topic of her Ph.D. thesis is “Reflections of Legislative and Judicial Trends on the Concept of Property”. She holds to her credit numerous research publications and presentations too and has been widely recognised for her pedagogical skills. She has won numerous accolades in her teaching career and her appointment to the post of Dean is a recognition of her abilities and calibre.

    Too few hearings of court cases, delay is good for wealthy to find ways to manuplate case.
    Note:,,, Election of president of India. Gandhiji could not have contest election for president.

    Only elected persons can vote. This and many laws are such that ordinary do not have any say.
    Present elected ones are worst than British, angraj.

    If all voters don’t vote for anybody, loksabha, all assablies,
    Nagarpalikas will be ruled by president of India.
    Politicians will get slap on cheek. Very good.
