The Centre for Parliamentary Studies and Law Reforms (CPSLR) at National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi, has ventured to consolidate the updates (noteworthy case laws as well as featured articles and op-eds) related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy law. CPSLR was thrilled to receive the support and applause for its initiative, ‘E-Newsletter on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.’ We are delighted to introduce our Volume IV featuring the updates for the months of December 2018 – February, 2019.
