Special Court having jurisdiction throughout the State of Telangana constituted by the Central Government

On 29-01-2015, the Central Government in exercise of power conferred under Section 11 (1); of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 notified the V Additional District and Sessions Court, Lal Bahadur Nagar in Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad, Telangana as Special Court having jurisdiction throughout the State of Telangana for trial of Scheduled Offences.
