Padma Award awarded for the distinguished service in the Public Affairs

• Shri K K. Venugopal – an eminent Indian constitutional lawyer and a senior advocate in the Supreme Court of India awarded with Padma Vibhushan, the second highest civilian award in the Republic of India, for exceptional and distinguished service in the public affairs.
• Dr. Subhash C. Kashyap – former Secretary-General of 7^th  , 8^th and 9^th Lok Sabha and  Lok Sabha Secretariat (Lower House of Parliament of India) from 1984 to 1990, well known as Political Scientist, expert in Indian Constitution, Constitutional Law and distinguished scholar &  Shri Harish Salve  – one of India’s leading lawyers, in the areas of constitutional, commercial and taxation laws awarded with Padma Bhushan,  the third highest civilian award in the Republic of India, for distinguished service of the high order in the public affairs.
