Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (“SAM”) advised Zluri Technologies Private Limited (“Zluri”) and its founders, as well as MassMutual Ventures, Kalaari Capital, Endiya Partners and Lightspeed India Partners (“Institutional Sellers”), on the sale of 100% of the share capital of Zluri to ITRG Holdings Inc. The transaction involved 32 (thirty-two) sellers, comprising the founders, the Institutional Sellers and angel investors.
