CAM advises NSE on proposed IPO

CAM are advising the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“Company”) on its proposed initial public offering (“IPO”). The draft red herring prospectus of the Company was filed for an offer for sale by certain existing shareholders of the Company. Twenty merchant bankers are advising as book running lead managers on this marquee transaction.

The Company is a ‘first level regulator’ and the largest stock exchange in India.
