LUCKNOW: The Legal Aid Society, Faculty of Law, Integral University, Lucknow has officially invited chapters for its forthcoming edited volume titled “Justice Beyond Courts: ADR in an Age of Legal Innovation.” The publication invites contributions from academicians, legal practitioners, research scholars, and law students to foster critical discourse on the evolving landscape of dispute resolution.

The Legal Aid Society of the Faculty of Law, Integral University, aims to bridge the gap between legal theory and practice by spreading legal awareness and providing free legal aid to marginalized communities. About the Book
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) has transformed into an indispensable pillar of modern global legal frameworks. This upcoming edited volume aims to compile rigorous scholarly insights analyzing technological integration, contemporary challenges, and systemic innovations within alternative dispute frameworks. Upon securing editorial and advisory clearances for the selected 15—17 chapters, the Society will coordinate with a renowned publishing house for print and digital (eBook) distribution.

Submission Criteria & Formatting Guidelines

Word Count: 300 to 400 words for the Abstract; 4,000 to 6,000 words for the Full Chapter (excluding footnotes/references).

Typography: Main body text in Times New Roman, Font Size 12, 1.5 line spacing. Footnotes in Times New Roman, Font Size 10, single spacing.

Citation Metric: Indian Law Institute (ILI) citation format (latest edition).

Originality Check: All manuscripts must be entirely original and unpublished. A strict plagiarism cap of 10% (including footnotes) will be maintained. Manuscripts must be politically neutral.
