Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised Garware Technical Fibres Limited (“Garware”) on its recently announced buyback of up to Rs. 16,17,500 (Sixteen Lakh Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred) fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Indian Rupees Ten only). The Buyback Size is Rs. 110,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees One Hundred Ten Crore only) The Buyback will be conducted under the “tender offer” route.
