Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM“) advised Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited on their rights issue of equity shares. The deal size was INR 42,468.18 lakhs approx. The equity shares issued pursuant to the rights issue commenced trading on BSE and NSE on April 1, 2026.
