Submission of Form 6 during SIR: ECI clarifies no action will be taken against voters upon re-enrolment
The Election Commission of India has clarified that previously enrolled voters whose names did not appear in the Draft Electoral Roll during Special Intensive Revision (SIR) may submit Form 6 to be included in the electoral roll without incurring liability under Section 31 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950.
