CAM acts as legal counsel for Prestige Group on CPP Investments proposed INR 3,000 crore investment in Prestige Hospitality Ventures Ltd.
This would mark CPP Investments’ first direct investment in India’s hospitality sector and will support expansion of the hospitality platform.
