CAM acts as legal counsel to The Indian Hotels Company on the merger of its associate company, Oriental Hotels with and into IHCL by way of a Scheme of Arrangement
The share exchange ratio is 25 equity shares of IHCL for every 117 equity shares of OHL, on an all-stock basis, with completion targeted in the second half of FY2028 and an Appointed Date of April 1, 2027.
