Guest Lecturers entitled to maternity benefits irrespective of regular employment status; Salary cannot be denied for maternity leave: Chhattisgarh HC
The Court held that a Guest Lecturer performing the same duties and responsibilities as a regular Lecturer cannot be denied salary for the period of maternity leave merely because she is not a regular employee.
