Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised HealthTech Solutions LLC (“HealthTech”) and its founders on the India leg of an international transaction involving the indirect acquisition of HTS India LLP by Health Management Associates, Inc. (“HMA”). The transaction formed part of HMA’s global acquisition of HealthTech, a premier provider of Medicaid-focused technology, analytics and compliance solutions.
CAM’s role included structuring and documenting; reviewing the Securities Purchase Agreement; and assistance with execution, closing and post-closing activities relating to the India leg of the transaction.
