Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised J.P. Morgan Services India Private Limited (“JPM”) in setting up its Campus at Embassy Tech Village, Bangalore. JPM, as a ‘Lessee’ has availed lease of ~5,50,000 square feet of office space from Vikas Telecom Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Embassy REIT.
